Rebecca Miles Eisinger is a senior staff attorney in the Office of Trademark Quality Review and Training at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She joined the USPTO in 2005 as an Attorney-Advisor, with most of her work focusing on the examination of applications for federal trademark registration. Rebecca began working in the trademark training and quality office in 2013. Once there, she dedicated much of her time to her two favorite work activities: organizing information, especially trademark examination guidance documents, and training trademark attorneys and staff. Recently, Rebecca completed a six-month work project serving as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Commissioner for Trademarks.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law. After law school, she clerked for an administrative law judge in the U.S. Department of Labor, assisting primarily with cases filed under the Black Lung Act.
Outside work, Rebecca enjoys traveling with her family. Recently, the Eisingers visited Italy, Germany, and Switzerland, where she climbed 1,500 vertical feet up a mountain in the Alps.
