configuring Nt transmit antennas to represent:
a first active antenna index determined by log2(Nt), bits forming an in-phase spatial constellation symbol comprising Nt in-phase spatial constellation symbols, and
a second active antenna index determined by another log2(Nt) bits forming a quadrature spatial constellation symbol comprising Nt quadrature-spatial constellation symbols,
