a main amplifier circuit having a single-ended signal input and a single-ended signal output with a signal path existing there
between, the main amplifier circuit including a first transistor and a second transistor arranged in a two-stage common gate
or two-stage common base architecture with the single-ended signal input coupled to a source or an emitter of the first transistor,
and a drain or a collector of the first transistor coupled to a source or an emitter of the second transistor at a common
a correction circuit coupled to the main amplifier circuit, the correction circuit including an auxiliary transistor having
a gate or a base coupled to the single-ended signal input of the main amplifier circuit and a drain or a collector coupled
to the signal path at the common point to reduce intermodulation products generated by the main amplifier circuit.
