1. A method for execution control of at least one protected internal function embedded in a microcircuit device configured to be used in cooperation with a mobile terminal, the method for execution control being implemented in said microcircuit device, the method comprising:
receiving an item of authentication data for the execution of an embedded protected application embedded in the microcircuit device, the item of authentication data being received from the mobile terminal, and executing the protected application when the item of authentication data is valid;
detecting, by the microcircuit device, a command for placing said microcircuit device on standby, said command for placing on standby being detected based on an item of information received from the mobile terminal into which the microcircuit device is connected;
analyzing, by the microcircuit device, at least one indication to determine whether or not the at least one protected internal function, related to access to the embedded protected application, being executed is liable to be affected by the command for placing on standby; and
deferring execution, by the microcircuit device, of said command for placing on standby, based on the determination that the at least one protected internal function being executed is liable to be affected by the command for placing on standby.
