1. A system comprising:
a picker comprising
a pump block comprising a first end and a second end comprising a seal,
a piston at least partially housed within the pump block and partially extending through the seal, wherein the piston translates relative to the pump block, and
a cannula comprising an adapter end and a tube end, wherein the adapter end is connected to the second end of thepump block and the tube end extends away from the pump block;
a driver;
a coupling mating the driver to the piston; and
a mount connecting the picker to an imaging or detection device.
