1. A double-walled titanium tube structure, comprising:
an inner wall and an outer wall with a plurality of stiffeners extending between the inner wall and the outer wall;
wherein the plurality of stiffeners are aligned both axially and radially, and the plurality of stiffeners are diffusion bonded to the inner wall and the outer wall, wherein the plurality of stiffeners are based on stitch welding seamless tubings to create a stitch pattern resulting in individual cells; and
a perimeter weld circumferentially enclosing an end of the inner wall and the outer wall.
