1. A rotor arrangement comprising:
a rotor stage having an annular array of rotor blades, each blade having a tip;
a casing surrounding the rotor stage and defining a clearance between the tips of the rotor blades and the casing; and
an over tip leakage measurement system including a multi-hole pressure probe mounted to a stationary component axially spaced from the rotor stage, the probe arranged to substantially align an axis of symmetry of the probe with an expected flow direction from the rotor stage, the probe including a plurality of holes that are symmetrical about the axis of symmetry of the probe.
