1. A titanium-oxo-chelate catalyst formulation, comprising:(i) 50-99% by weight of at least one compound of formula I

R1, R2, and R3 together with the C-atom to which they are attached form a C6-C14 aryl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by one, two or three C1-C8 alkyl, halogen, OR13 or NR13R14;
R10, R11, and R12 together with the C-atom to which they are attached form a C6-C14 aryl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by one, two or three C1-C8 alkyl, halogen, OR13, or NR13R14;
R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 independently of each other are hydrogen, halogen, C1-C20 alkyl, or C6-C14 aryl which is unsubstituted or substituted by one, two or three C1-C8 alkyl, halogen, OR13, or NR13R14;
provided that only one of R4, R5, and R6 in the group

and only one of R7, R8, and R9 in the group

can be hydrogen;
or R4, R5, and R6 and/or R7, R8, and R9 together with the C-atom to which they are attached each form a C6-C14 aryl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by one, two or three C1-C8 alkyl, halogen, OR13, or NR13R14;
or R4 and R5 and/or R7 and R8 together with the C-atom to which they are attached form a 5- to 7-membered carbocyclic ring; and
(ii) 1-50% by weight of at least one chelate ligand compound of the formula IIa, IIb, or IIc

wherein R1, R2, and R3 independently of each other are hydrogen, halogen, C1-C20 alkyl, or C6-C14 aryl which is unsubstituted or substituted by one, two or three C1-C8 alkyl, halogen, OR12 or NR13R14; or
R1, R2 and R3 together with the C-atom to which they are attached form a C6-C14 aryl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by one, two or three C1-C8 alkyl, halogen, OR13, or NR13R1; and
R4, R5, and R6 independently of each other are hydrogen, halogen, C1-C20 alkyl, or C6-C14 aryl which is unsubstituted or substituted by one, two or three C1-C8 alkyl, halogen, OR13 or NR13R14; or
R4, R5 and R6 together with the C-atom to which they are attached form a C6-C14 aryl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by one, two or three C1-C8alkyl, halogen, OR13, or NR13R14;
wherein
R13 and R14 independently of each other are C1-C8 alkyl.
