1. A system comprising:
a processor configured to:
control a vehicle system;
receive a command including a subjective element;
retrieve a user-specific meaning for the subjective element from a user-associated mapping;
implement the command based on the user-specific meaning, such that the vehicle system is adjusted in accordance with the user-specific meaning;
detect a user-implemented manual change to the vehicle system, following adjustment based on the command; and
update the mapping based on the manual change.
