1. A patch comprising a support and an adhesive layer on at least one surface of the support, wherein the adhesive layer comprises
(i) a synthetic rubber having a viscosity average molecular weight of 500,000-1,600,000,
(ii) at least one organic fluid component having high polarity that is selected from the group consisting of (a) 5 wt % or more and 15 wt % or less of propylene glycol fatty acid esters relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer, (b) 2.5 wt % or more and 20 wt % or less of polyoxyalkylene alkyl ethers relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer, (c) 2.5 wt % or more and 20 wt % or less of polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer, and (d) 2.5 wt % or more and 15 wt % or less of glycerin relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer,
(iii) a tackifier, and
(iv) magnesium aluminometasilicate,
wherein
the synthetic rubber is at least one selected from the group consisting of polydimethyl siloxane, butyl rubber, ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer, ethylene-ethylacrylate copolymer, poly(propylvinylether), poly(isopropylvinylether), poly(butylvinylether), poly(2-methylpropene), poly(ethylethylene), poly(1,2-dimethylethylene), ethylethylene-1,2-dimethylethylene copolymer, polyisoprene, polybutadiene, styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, and styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer,
the organic fluid component having high polarity and an angle within the range of 20°-80° as calculated by the following formula using an inorganic value and an organic value in an organic conceptual diagram:
Angle [°]=arctan(organic value/inorganic value)−1×(180/π),
the magnesium aluminometasilicate comprises an amorphous composite oxide of the formula: Al2O3/aMgO/bSiO2.nH2O, wherein a is 0.3-3 and b is 0.3-5,
the total content of magnesium aluminometasilicate in the adhesive layer is less than 25 wt % relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer,
when the organic fluid component is propylene glycol fatty acid esters, the content of magnesium aluminometasilicate is equal to or more than that of propylene glycol fatty acid esters,
when the organic fluid component is polyoxyalkylene alkyl ethers, the content of magnesium aluminometasilicate is equal to or more than that of polyoxyalkylene alkyl ethers,
when the organic fluid component is polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters and the content thereof is 2.5 wt % to 10 wt %, the content of magnesium aluminometasilicate is 2.5 wt % or more and 20 wt % or less relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer,
when the organic fluid component is polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters and the content thereof is more than 10 wt % and 20 wt % or less, the content of magnesium aluminometasilicate is not less than ¼ of that of polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters and not more than 20 wt % relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer,
when the organic fluid component is glycerin and the content thereof is 2.5 wt % to 5 wt %, the content of magnesium aluminometasilicate is 2.5 wt % or more and 20 wt % or less relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer,
when the organic fluid component is glycerin and the content thereof is 5 wt % or more and 10 wt % or less, the content of magnesium aluminometasilicate is not less than ½ of that of glycerin and not more than 20 wt % relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer,
when the organic fluid component is glycerin and the content thereof is more than 10 wt % and 15 wt % or less, the content of magnesium aluminometasilicate is 5 wt % or more and 20 wt % or less relative to the total weight of the adhesive layer, and
the adhesive layer has an adhesive force of not less than 0.7 N as measured by a 180° tensile adhesive force test in accordance with the following steps:
(1) detaching one end of about 5 mm in the length direction of a 24 mm width by 50 mm length patch sample and folding back the detached end at an angle of 180°, and adhering auxiliary paper to the detached end to extend the length,
(2) removing the liner from the sample, then rapidly adhering the sample to a stainless plate, and immediately passing a 2-kg rubber roller twice over the sample at 300 mm/min,
(3) allowing the test plate with the adhered sample to stand at 23±2° C. and relative humidity 50±10% for 30 minutes,
(4) mounting a 180° tensile jig on a tensile tester, setting the test plate on the jig, holding one end of the auxiliary paper by an upper grip of the jig, and measuring the load by continuously peeling the sample off the test plate at a rate of 300 mm per 1 minute, and
(5) measuring the load 3 times at 20 mm, 40 mm, and 60 mm, and averaging the results to provide the adhesive force of the sample.
