1. A breast implant comprising:
an elastomeric shell comprising a first region and a second region, and an outer surface;
the first region defined by a first textured surface; and
the second region defined by a second textured surface, the second textured surface defined by open pores extending no greater than about one pore deep into the shell outer surface;
the first textured surface being defined by interconnected pores extending about two to about five pores deep to a depth of between about 0.2 mm to about 5.0 mm into the shell outer surface.
