|1. A cushion comprising:
a pillow portion having a front side and an oppositely-directed rear side, said pillow portion having a support surface on said front side that is adapted to support a head of a user; and
an elongate trunk portion emerging and extending away from said rear side of said pillow portion, said elongate trunk portion having a terminal end that is distal to said pillow portion, said elongate trunk portion having a region that is proximal to said pillow portion, said elongate trunk portion having a rest shape that has a frontwardly hooked configuration such that said terminal end is located frontwardly of said region, wherein said pillow portion projects from said elongate trunk portion transversely to an elongation of said elongate trunk portion.
