                             Notice of Suspension

   John Vander Weit, Jr. of Chicago Heights, Illinois and Homewood,
Illinois, Registration Number 27,011. An Administrative Law Judge entered
an initial decision on default dated August 1, 2007, ordering Vander Weit
be indefinitely suspended. No appeal has been filed. Failure to appeal is
deemed to be both acceptance by Vander Weit of the initial decision and
waiver of the right to further administrative or judicial review. 37 CFR
10.155(d). Vander Weit has been indefinitely suspended, as of Friday,
August 31, 2007, from practice before the United States Patent and
Trademark Office in patent, trademark, and other non-patent law. This
action is taken pursuant to 35 U.S.C. 32, and 37 CFR 10.155(d), and
10.159(b).
