                             Notice of Suspension

   Michael A. Hierl, of Chicago, Illinois, a patent attorney, registration
number 29,807, has been suspended from practice before the United States
Patent and Trademark Office in patent, trademark, and other non-patent law
cases for a period of three months beginning October 30, 2007. This
suspension is made pursuant to the provisions of 35 U.S.C. Sec. 32 and 37
C.F.R. Sec. 10.133(g).
