                             Notice of Exclusion

   Marshall E. Rosenberg, of Woodland Hills, California, Registration No.
34,003. An Administrative Law Judge entered an initial decision dated March
7, 2007, ordering Rosenberg be excluded from practice before the U.S.
Patent and Trademark Office. Rosenberg has not appealed the initial
decision. Failure to appeal is deemed to be acceptance by Rosenberg of the
initial decision and a waiver of the right to further administrative or
judicial review. 37 C.F.R. 10.155(d). Rosenberg has been excluded from
practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in patent, trademark,
and other non-patent law matters as of the date of April 26, 2007. 37
C.F.R. 10.154(a) and 10.156(a). This action is taken pursuant to 35 U.S.C.
32 and 37 C.F.R. 10.154(a); 10.155(d); 10.156(a); and 10.159(b).

                             Notice of Exclusion

   Stuart W. Rose, of Hillsboro, Illinois and formerly of Glen Ellyn,
Illinois, Registration Number 32, 801. An Administrative Law Judge entered
an initial decision on default dated June 14, 2007, ordering Rose be
excluded. No appeal has been filed. Failure to appeal is deemed to be both
acceptance by Rose of the initial decision and waiver of the right to
further administrative or judicial review. 37 CFR 10.155(d). Rose has been
excluded, as of Sunday, July 15, 2007, from practice before the United
States Patent and Trademark Office in patent, trademark, and other
non-patent law. This action is taken pursuant to 35 U.S.C. 32, and 37 CFR
10.155(d), and 10.159(b).
