                              Notice of Exclusion

   Sol Sheinbein, of Ramat Gan, Israel, a registered patent
attorney, with registration number 25,457, has been excluded from
practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in patent
and trademark law cases beginning Sunday, July 24, 2005. This exclusion
is made pursuant to the provisions of 35 U.S.C. Sec. 32 and 37 C.F.R.
Sec. 10.156.
