                             Notice of Suspension

   George A. Bode, of New Orleans, LA, a patent attorney, with registration
number 30,028, has been suspended from practice before the United States
Patent and Trademark Office in patent and trademark law cases beginning
August 27, 2004. This suspension is made pursuant to the provisions of
35 U.S.C. Sec. 32 and 37 C.F.R. Sec. 10.156.
