United States Patent and Trademark Office pursuant to 35 U.S.C. Sec. 32.
This action is taken under the provisions of 37 C.F.R. Sec. 10.133(g) and
the Director's Order, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. Sec. 10.159(c), that the
proceeding be kept confidential.
