                             Notice of Reprimand

   Salvatore J. Maiorino, of Staten Island, New York, a patent
attorney registration No. 42,830, in settlement of an investigation by
the Office of Enrollment and Discipline, has been publicly reprimanded.
This action by the Director is taken pursuant to the provisions of 35
U.S.C. 32 and 37 C.F.R. 10.133(g) and 10.159.
