DEFECTS, Interference No. 104,097, final judgment adverse to the
patentees rendered April 14, 2000, as to claims 1, 2 and 4.

   Patent No. 5,786,357, James W. Young, Steven Brandt, METHODS AND
COMPOSITIONS FOR TREATING SLEEP DISORDERS, CONVULSIVE SEIZURES AND OTHER
DISORDERS USING OPTICALLY PURE (Ěpl) ZOPICLONE, Interference No.
104,423, final judgment adverse to the patentees rendered August 18,
2000, as to claims 1-7, and 15-22.
