Notice of Exclusion on Consent

   John E. Callaghan, of Scotch Plains, New Jersey, whose Registration
Number is 25,654, has been excluded, on consent, as of July 17, 2000 as
an attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office for
conduct (gross neglect, pattern of neglect, conflict of interest, and
conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation)
resulting in his disbarment in New Jersey, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
This action is taken pursuant to 35 U.S.C.    32 and 37 CFR    133(g).
