Notice of Suspension

   Bernard S. Hoffman, of Baldwin, New York, whose registration number is
30,756, has been suspended for a period of three months commencing as of
November 12, 1999. This action is taken under the provisions of 37
C.F.R.    10.32 and 37 C.F.R.    10.133(g).
