Patent Trial and Appeal Tracking (PTAB) System Migration
Starting Monday, February 27, all PTAB i-filing system users will migrate to the Patent Trial and Appeals Case Tracking System or P-TACTS platform. In anticipation of this deployment, the i-filing system will be unavailable starting 8 a.m., Saturday, February 25 and ending at 11 p.m., Sunday, February 26 ET.

Certified Copy and Assignments (CC&A) Product team will perform maintenance
on the ETAS system from noon until 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22 ET.
During
the maintenance period, the ETAS product will be unavailable.
