Trademark System Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademark System from 12:01- 5:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, June 13. 

During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:

  • Trademark Abstraction Layer (TM-AL)
  • TICRS LM2 
  • TICRS (ADT,DMM,SDRU, TIR,IPC)
  • Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
  • MADRID 
  • First Actions System for Trademarks version 2 (FAST2)

Before the maintenance period, users should save all their work and lock their computer, leaving the computer connected to VPN.
