Trademark System Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademark System from 12:01-5:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, April 23. 

During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:

• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) with limited capability
• TMI will be available with limited capability
• Trademark center will not be available
• TM-eOG will not be available
• Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) with limited capability
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Center (TTAB-Center) with limited capability
• Trademark Trial and Appeals-Reading Room (TTAB-RR) with limited capability

Before the maintenance period, users should save all of their work and lock their computer, leaving the computer connected to VPN.
