Trademark System Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademark System from 12:01- 5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, November 14.  

During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available:

  • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
  • Trademark eOG (TM-eOG)
  • Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) with limited capability, outgoing documents(office actions) will be unavailable
