Trademark System Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademark System from 12:01- 5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, October 10.  

During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:

  • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
  • Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
  • Trademark eOG (TM-eOG)
  • Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)

During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable:

  • Trademark Content Management System (TM-CMS)
  • Trademark center (TM-eFile)
  • Trademark Trial and Appeals - Reading Room (TTAB-RR)
