Reference Document Management Services (RDMS) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on RDMS impacting several manuals from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, February 1.   

The following manuals will be briefly unavailable during the maintenance period:  

  • Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (eMPEP) 
  • Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP) 
  • Trademark Federal Statutes and Rules (TFSR) 
  • Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Manual of Procedure (TBMP)  

During the maintenance period, MPEP will be available via PDF and HTML files posted at Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (uspto.gov).
