RESOLVED: Intermittent DOCX and Electronic Payment Receipt Processing Issue

Patent Center has resolved the intermittent DOCX and electronic payment receipt processing issue that occurred on 12/18. We are working to restore the submitted DOCX documents so that they can be viewable via Patent Center.
