Trademark System Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademark System from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, December 5.  


During the maintenance period, the following systems will not be available.

•    Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)

During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but with limited functionally:

•    Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
•    Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
