Patent Center affected by upcoming Content Management Systems (CMS) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on CMS beginning at 10 p.m. ET on Friday, November 22 and ending at 5 a.m. ET on Saturday, November 23.

During the maintenance period:

  • CMS will be unavailable.
  • Previously submitted documents under the Documents and Transactions tab in Patent Center will not be available.
  • New documents submitted in Patent Center will not be immediately available in the Documents and Transactions tab.
     

Please check Patent Center on the afternoon of Saturday, November 23 to make sure the impacted submissions are available.
