The USPTO transitioned our contact centers to a new platform on Monday, October 28. Customers may experience longer than normal wait times over the next 48 hours, through Tuesday, October 29, while the USPTO adjusts to the new system.  

When calling, please provide basic customer information, even if the call is about an existing issue.
