Register today: Session one - PTAB and Life Sciences
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Spring Listening Session series is beginning with session one, “PTAB and Life Sciences,” on Monday, March 30, from 3-5 p.m. ET. All three sessions will be held at USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia:

In this first session, we will hear from experts regarding PTAB policies. The session will be divided into two panels, with a USPTO official moderating the conversation. Panels will be announced once they are finalized and the agenda will be posted to the PTAB Listening Session event webpage on the USPTO website.
Registration is required to attend in person or virtually. Session recordings will be posted to the PTAB Listening Session event webpage on the USPTO website, following the event.
We are accepting questions on this session topic. Please submit your questions to OUSEvents@uspto.gov by 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 24, for consideration.
