Trademark Center updated with new AI assistance
Trademark Center now offers AI assistance with writing mark description and color claims. Now, when you’re applying to register your trademark, the system can suggest a properly formatted mark description and color claim for your specific logo or design.
These AI-generated suggestions can take the guesswork out of what to include and reduce processing delays.
