Former PTAB judges to answer questions about PTAB proceedings at free monthly education clinic
Have you received a final office action from a patent examiner rejecting your patent application and are you considering filing an appeal? Has someone challenged your patent? Are you considering challenging someone else’s patent? Are you new to Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings and not sure what to do?
The PTAB Education Clinic is here to assist you.
Former PTAB judges who are members of the American Association of Patent Judges will answer questions and provide guidance on PTAB proceedings.
The PTAB Education Clinic is free to the public and may be especially helpful for inventors and those new to PTAB proceedings. An appointment request is required. You can submit your request using the link below. After we receive your request, we’ll notify you by email regarding your appointment.
The next clinic will be held on February 13 from 4-5 p.m. ET.
