We have a new exam guide, Examination Procedures for New Fees. It explains the procedures for implementing the new fees for electronically filed applications under Trademark Act Sections 1 and/or 44, allegations of use, post-registration maintenance filings, letters of protest, and certain petitions set out in our final fee rule.
