April 29: The USPTO’s China IP Road Show comes to Houston

Advance registration is required for this in-person program on protecting and enforcing your intellectual property in China and the United States

Join us for a free, half-day program on Tuesday, April 29, from 8 a.m. to noon CT, at Rice University in Houston, for a discussion on how U.S. intellectual property (IP) rights holders can protect and enforce their IP in both China and the United States.

Experts from the U.S. government, IP attorneys, and Houston-area businesspeople will share their insights on:

  • IP developments in China, including challenges and opportunities in a changing IP environment
  • Enforcing IP rights, both in China and the United States, against infringement originating in China
  • IP and China: the Texas experience

This is only an in-person program. There is no virtual attendance option.

Continuing legal education (CLE) credit may be available to attendees of this program, pending approval by the Texas State Bar Association.

Visit the event page on the USPTO website for more information and to register. There is no charge to attend, but advance registration is required.
