Overcoming challenge with innovation

Formerly Incarcerated Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program logo

Frustrated by the lack of comfortable clothing options that could enable a return to daily activities after surgery, cancer survivor Aisha McCain put her creativity to work. She invented and patented drain support garments with multiple compartments that supported healthy recoveries and preserved patients’ dignity.

Join us virtually on March 14 from 2-4 p.m. ET to hear how Aisha journeyed from incarceration to innovation. You’ll also get information about resources that can help you protect your invention and build your business.
