September 25: The USPTO’s China IP Road Show comes to Salt Lake City, Utah

Register now to attend this in-person program on protecting and enforcing your intellectual property in China and the United States

Join us for a free, all-day program on Wednesday, September 25 where experts from the U.S. government, intellectual property (IP) attorneys, and business owners and representatives from the Salt Lake City area will share their insights on how U.S. rights holders can protect and enforce their IP in both China and the United States.

Topics will include:

  • What businesses need to know about protecting all types of IP in China
  • IP developments in China: Challenges and opportunities in a shifting IP environment
  • Enforcing IP rights, in both China and the United States, against infringement originating in China
  • U.S. government resources for U.S. companies
  • IP and China: The Utah experience, featuring representatives from a variety of businesses in the Salt Lake City area

Please note: This is an in-person program; it will not be webcast.

The program will take place Wednesday, September 25, from 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. MT at The University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Continuing legal education (CLE) credit may be available to attendees of this program, pending approval by the Utah Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal Education.
