Register today: Examining trade secret protection and enforcement practice in China

USPTO Director Kathi Vidal to give opening remarks

Register now to join us — either in-person or online via Zoom — for a program on the protection of trade secrets in China that will be held Friday, June 28, from 9 a.m. ET to 12:10 p.m. ET, at United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia.

The three-hour program, which will feature opening remarks by USPTO Director Kathi Vidal, brings together government and private-sector experts who have extensive experience in trade secret enforcement in China. They will discuss:

  • Administrative enforcement, including current legislative work and government services in China
  • Civil enforcement, including investigation and evidence gathering, the role of private parties, and case presentation
  • Considerations in criminal enforcement
