Trade secret protection and enforcement practice in China

Register now for an in-person program on the protection of trade secrets in China that will be held Friday, June 28, at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia.

The three-hour program brings together government and private-sector experts who have extensive experience in trade secret enforcement in China. They will discuss:

  • Administrative enforcement, including current legislative work and government services in China
  • Civil enforcement, including investigation and evidence gathering, the role of private parties, and case presentation
  • Considerations in criminal enforcement
