This episode will feature an interview with a special guest, Shubo (Joe) Zhou, Ph.D., Supervisory Patent Examiner, who will speak on plant patents and his experience as an examiner.

Episode 28 will also feature a mock oral argument for a hearing in an ex parte appeal from a rejected patent application. Our panel of judges will explain best practices for effective oral advocacy.
