Overcoming challenge with innovation

Formerly Incarcerated Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program logo

Inventor and patent holder Aisha McCain encountered tough challenges on her innovation journey: she was incarcerated as a young woman and battled cancer three times. Her passion, tenacity, and creativity drove her to design and patent medical garments that give patients increased mobility as they recover from surgery.

Join us virtually on March 14 from 2-4 p.m. ET to hear Aisha’s story. You’ll also learn about resources to help protect your innovations and build a business.
