Women in intellectual property, tech, and leadership

Did you know that the trends of women in STEM intersect with those of women in intellectual property (IP) law?

To learn more, join us in person for a fireside chat on women's impact in STEM and IP law on September 24 at 10:30 a.m. MT at the University of Utah's Marriott Library Learning Space in Salt Lake City.

We’ll discuss this connection and how we can strengthen the workforce and economy by attracting and retaining female talent and leadership in STEM and IP law.

Kathi Vidal, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO, will moderate the discussion with panelists:

  • Juliette Palmer White, Shareholder & Director, Parsons Behle & Latimer, and President of the David K. Winder IP Inn of Court
  • Tara Rosander, Utah Women Tech Council Executive Board Member, M&A Strategist
