Anti-piracy symposium on January 23, 2025
Symposium to exchange information and advance dialogue on piracy issues affecting U.S. rights holders
Join the USPTO on Thursday, January 23, 2025, for a public anti-piracy symposium. This all-day program will examine the challenges posed by copyright piracy and include briefings on:
- Recent copyright case law
- The latest tools and techniques for investigating and addressing copyright piracy
- International copyright piracy updates
Full details about the symposium are in a Federal Register Notice published December 10.
The symposium will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. It will also be livestreamed for remote participation.
Advance registration is required. The deadline to register for in-person attendance is Thursday, January 16, 2025. Registration for remote attendance will be open until Thursday, January 23, 2025.
