USPTO retiring trademark videos

With the retirement of the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) and our switch to a new cloud-based trademark search system, our Trademark Information Network (TMIN) video series and Trademark Basic Facts video series will be outdated as of November 30 and will no longer be available on our website.

We’re creating new videos about trademarks and the trademark registration process. In fiscal year 2024, we’ll add them on specific pages throughout our website to help customers find information that is relevant to where they are in the application process.

In the meantime, customers can still access our TEAS Nuts & Bolts videos and Trademark basics information.

Be sure to subscribe to the United States Patent and Trademark Office YouTube channel and turn on notifications to know when we upload new videos.
