USPTO publishes agenda for upcoming USPTO-FDA joint public listening session

The agenda for the joint United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) public listening session on collaboration initiatives being held on Thursday, January 19, is now available on the USPTO webpage.

If you plan to attend the public listening session (either in person or virtually), you must register by Tuesday, January 17. Seating is limited for in-person participation.

The CDC’s COVID Community Level for Alexandria VA has risen to high. If you plan to attend this event in person, please adhere to our mask policy. All employees and visitors to our Alexandria campus must wear a high-quality mask while in any of our buildings. The requirement to wear a mask will remain in effect until the COVID Community Level for Alexandria returns to medium or low.
