USPTO extends deadline for written comments on USPTO-FDA collaboration initiatives

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is extending the written comment period for the Federal Register Notice (FRN) “Joint USPTO-FDA Collaboration Initiatives; Notice of Public Listening Session and Request for Comments,” published on November 7, 2022, until March 10, 2023. Full details are available in a recently published FRN.

The extension ensures that all stakeholders have sufficient opportunity to submit comments on the questions presented in the November 7, 2022 notice.
