Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) as a practitioner presents oral arguments in a mock ex parte appeal proceeding before a panel of three PTAB administrative patent judges, followed by a panel discussion on the effectiveness of the arguments and approaches used.
