SOaR webinar: Hague applications for international design protection

Are you interested in protecting your design in multiple countries? If so, please join the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on Tuesday, November 14, from 3-4:30 p.m. ET for a free virtual webinar on the benefits of filing Hague applications for international design protection.

This program is part of the USPTO's Stakeholder Offerings and Resources (SOaR) program, a series of courses led by patent experts. The webinar will cover the following topics about Hague applications:

  • How Hague applications are filed and examined
  • Distinctions between direct and indirect applications
  • Determining your effective filing date
  • The meaning of new terminology being used in the process
  • Where to go for assistance with the examination process

This training event is free and open to the public, but registration is required. Once registered, you will be emailed instructions for joining the webinar. Captioning service will be provided.
